Teresa and I adopted a beautiful TWH mare from the feed lot. She is doing wonderful and getting more spark in her eye everyday! Her name is Benita.
I adopted another one the following week from the feed lot, he is a spotted TWH. He is doing great and was not as sad and sick as Benita was. HIs name is Felix.
Lindsey's horse Daisy is pregnant and we are all very excited. Bonnie and Lindsey are going to let me keep the new baby so I will get to fulfill another dream of mine in raising a baby from day 1 (only took me 50 years) LOL. Lindsey and I will pick out names and come up with a name for each sex.
This Wednesday we start our after school program from 4:00-5:45. Please call to let me know your child is coming or if I have to pick up anyone at the end of my road.
Have a Blessed Day!

The new boys were ridden yesterday and they are great! Oreo is a dream boat and Rojo is this awesomely gaited, racking horse. Rojo will be ridden by me for a while so I can put a few more miles on him (he is only 4, and I need a personal horse right now that can gait and rack). He is for sale as well but I don't think I will advertise him right away so I can enjoy him. I have to go out and race with my friend Dani and beat her.LOL Hmm think I still like to win as I did as a child showing. Off ... Continue reading...

Johnny and Daisy are doing great, they love each other, or should I say Daisy is totally head over heels in love with Johnny as is everyone with both of them. And can they gait or what.. Both have already been sold with their exceptional quality, and disposition they were both sold the same day. I'm so excited for my student Lindsey to have her very own horse (Daisy) wait until y... They came off the trailer and said we are here, walked into the ring and their stalls like they have lived her all along. Gave them big drinks of water, carrots, a little grain and some nice hay. Brushed them down last night after dinner and they were very content to be pampered. Continue reading...

WOW, long time since I have posted. Lot's going on with Poncho's arrival and now Trinket. Poncho is one awesome trail pony, all my students who have taken him out on the trail just love him. I just love him too.... I'm hoping to find him his own very special person, as he loves attention. He is always at the gate wanting me to talk to him, give him a scratch or bring him in and go for a ride. Trinket arrived yesterday and she is beautiful... She brought (her pasture mate) my old horse Brit wit... Continue reading...
