Types of Payment Accepted: Full payment in cash, cashier’s check or money order must be made when the horse is picked up or in advance when a horse is to be delivered to Buyer by a third party transport company. A personal check will only be accepted when sent in advance of horse being picked up or delivered. And, check must have cleared the bank before releasing the horse.
Secure a Horse: Horses for sale on Serenity Mtn's site may be secured by sending in (or pay by credit card online only) a (non-refundable) deposit. A $200 deposit is required to hold a horse, for a sale under $2,500. $500 for over $3,000.
Horse Transport: The transport of all horses sold is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Boarding Sold Horses: Once a deposit is made, we can hold a horse for five days at no extra charge, after that a $5 a day boarding fee will go into effect. All serious offers considered. Buyer is fully responsible for a horse from the time of purchase until said horse leaves Serenity Mountain.
We accept Visa and Master Card online only, 5% added to credit card payments for fees charged by paypal.
If you let us know what you are looking for we can get it for you. Our goal is to match you with the perfect partner. Refrences are required and checked on any horse sold. We love our horses and want them to have the same type home that we provide for them. We offer reduced board for 1-2 months on anything purchased from us so you can develop a bond, feel confident and ride your horse under our guidance (lesson & training fees not included). Once you bring your horse home we will also travel to you (depending on distance) to provide lessons at your home, (lesson fees not included)..
