CRAZY ABOUT HORSES SUMMER CAMPS 2011

Horseback Riding in Maine

The way Life should Be!

Included in our Horsemanship Camp is learning how to care for your horse. Campers learn to Groom, and care for their horse. They learn about cleaning their horse's stall in the barn., what to feed their horse . Riding skills are taught for all levels and include english and western .They learn Leading (walking their horse on a lead rope). First and foremost, for every single activity done at Crazy about Horses Horsemanship Camp, children learn to be SAFE around horses. "Safety First" is always our Primary Rule, and Campers learn about it from the first moment they arrive at Camp and throughout every activity they do here. We ride in a covered arena for protection from the sun and rain as well as our outdoor arena.
